Tell us the document or appointment, the language pair, and the deadline. A scan or photo is enough to quote from — formal document upload isn’t part of this step.
Quote & confirm
We reply within one business day with a fixed price and a delivery date. If your document needs anything unusual — an apostille, a specific delivery format — we flag it here, before you commit.
Translate
Your document or project is assigned to a translator who works in that subject regularly: legal, medical, technical, localisation or sworn.
Independently revise
A second linguist checks the translation against the source before it's signed off — on every job, not as an optional extra.
Deliver
Delivered as an eIDAS-signed PDF, a stamped hard copy by courier, or both, on the date we gave you at step 2.

Sworn translation follows a specific legal mechanism in Spain. It's worth understanding exactly how it works, even if you never need to explain it to anyone.
MAEC appointment
A translator appointed by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation (MAEC) is legally authorised to produce sworn translations.
Signed & stamped, or eIDAS-signed
The finished translation carries the translator's signature and seal, or an eIDAS-signed electronic equivalent — this is what gives it legal force.
Apostille (separate, optional)
Legalises the original document’s origin, at a different office, only if the receiving authority asks for it.
eIDAS-signed PDF, or a stamped hard copy.
Every translation is delivered as an eIDAS-signed PDF by default — electronically signed to a legal standard equivalent to a wet-ink signature in most cases. Where a receiving office specifically requires a physical, stamped paper copy, add courier delivery: Spain, the EU or worldwide. Tell us the destination at quote stage if you’re unsure which one you need — we’ll confirm.
Independent second-linguist revision — what it actually means.
After translation, a second linguist — not the person who translated it — reads the finished document against the source, checking accuracy, terminology and register. This happens on every job, without exception, before anything is signed, stamped or delivered. We don't hold ISO 17100 or 18587 certification, so we won't claim it; what we can state plainly is this specific, repeatable step and stand behind it.
